AFAIK, the release date for F29 is 30 October 2018 -- not 30 September
as you might have thought it would be. You will find the 30 October
release date on the Fedora Project Wiki, in the development schedule for
F29.
The Fedora Testers list is very active, with a discussion of several
issues that remain.
