can't d/l source rpms from rpm-fusion?

Hello Folks
Hope this is the right place - there doesn't seem to be much traffic other than 
bots...  I had a look at fedora forums but there didn't seem to be a heading 
for fusion stuff.

I'm unable to d/l sources with the following output from dnf:
$ sudo dnf download --source --downloaddir=/usr/local/src/SRPMS --disablerepo=* 
--enablerepo=fedora28 --enablerepo=fedora28-updates 
--enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-f28 --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates-f28 xvidcore

This is what my repo files look like (fusion & fusion-updates).  I've tried 
disabling the mirrors and enabling the base url with the same results.  Fusion:
