Summary: How to pass (user-defined) Python function as parameter to R
Initial Comment:
I would like to call the optim {stats} R function from within a Python script.
However, the optim() function takes, among other things, a reference to a
user-defined function as one of its arguments. Is this even doable via RPy2?
