Just to rephrase the question. Say you have an RPC-XML client and server Can you establish and use an rpyc connection between them that operates in parallel? You will be justified to ask "why would you want to do that". The reason is that I wont to reuse an existing RPC-XML based framework but I would like to overlay some rpyc functionality (io redirection and other stuff). So back to my question, are there any technical obstacles that would make this infeasible?
