Are the NaN's at the beginning? If so, your "problem" is just that you don't have enough data for rrdtool to generate sensible results. Have a look at the RRD tutorial for an example and explanation. If you get NaN's somewhere in the middle...now you have a serious problem. -- Rafael R.
