If I poll a Cisco switch(there is a sample of the data below from an Ethernet Port), is the data generated Bits, KBits, MBits, Bytes, Kbytes, Mbytes or something else? If it's not Bits or Bytes how would I convert it to them? I do understand that it's incremental and I need to do a diff to get the current value.
