I fixed it. But your idea can work too.:-) I changed the value COUNTER to 
DERIVE and i set the MIN to 0. It works good.

I check first of all the router uptime. If it's higher than 5 minutes, then
I update my graph with the values, otherwise I update it with "U" (unknown)
value.

Hope it helps! ...for me yep ;)

And remember it's better to set a min/max value limit to prevent peaks :)
