Hi Jeremy, I have actually managed to trace the cause of the problem. the values that I was entering were time dependant. - I was taking the sum of 5 results that fell within a minute. depeneding on when the cron job runs, the last result in a query could contain the sum of anywhere betwenn 1 and 5 results, hence throwing correct rate of change values.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions. What happens when the underlying value rolls over or is reset? What do you want to be graphed then? - Jeremy -- Unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Help mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/rrd-users WebAdmin http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/lsg2.cgi -- Unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Help mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/rrd-users WebAdmin http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/lsg2.cgi
