You are using RHEL6, but apparently you do not have access to a repository of packages and so this is failing. Your error messages are showing that the system cannot download or obtain the required packages.
You need to either have your DVD of packages mounted, or (preferably) have an active subscription with RHN (and an Internet connection) to pull the latest packages and patches from the Internet. If you do not have a RHN subscription (which costs $) then I suggest you instead install CentOS which is free and functionally identical to RHEL.
