Absolutely agree. Both network-based schemes and host-based schemes should be considered since each will be suitable in different time frames. draft-zhang-zhang-evolution-02.txt has outlined a route map for evolution. Maybe host-based schemes can be considered by the authors to be appended as step six or seven.
