In my (msg06056) one of my critiques of GLI-Split was that an Identifier
could only be used in a given GLI-domain - and as far as I can tell, a
GLI-domain would typically be a particular site: a home, factory, office
or campus.

Michael Menth wrote in (msg06076):

   are global and can retained when hosts move among GLI-domains.
   This is an essential feature of GLI-Split. We'll send you later

My critique was based on my best efforts at understanding the proposal -
but I hadn't checked any of it with Michael and colleagues.  I suggest
awaiting their response and then reading my critique and the response
together.
