I am new to ROR.  Trying to going through tutorial, but couldn't run
rspec (command not found).  Everything was installed as directed.
Search the hold drive, found spec file and spec.bat in the following
directories

./usr/lib/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/bin/rspec
./usr/lib/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/bin/rspec.bat
