Hey Brent,

Welcome!  Sorry to hear you're having troubles with RSpec.

I'm not 100% sure what the problem is (it's hard to guess what the problem 
is remotely, and I haven't used windows in a while), but looking at your 
output, I'm noticing that your working directory is escaped in one spot (as 
".../Test_\#3/...") and not in others.  Then looking at the failure 
message, it looks like it thinks the directory structure is 
".../Test_/#3/...", where "#3" is a nested directory under "Test".

Try renaming your directory so it doesn't have the "#" character.  Our 
tools should support an odd directory name like that better but most devs 
stick with basic directory names that don't require any escaping, so it's 
not too surprising to see we may have a bug there.
