No it doesn't.  I told "d c" that rsync computes all its hash data at
runtime, which is still true.  Any talk of pre-computing hash data has
nothing to do with how rsync works.  The only important thing to rsync
is to make sure that all the file's modified-times are maintained for an
unchanged file, and also to use -t (or -a) when updating.
