that addresses this situation. Seems that the answer (that i sure did exist)
didnt get to the archive. May be it gives you ideas

I'm new using rsync, and I found the example for "7 day incremental
backup". I got this working, but I've got 1 question:
"Is there a way to rename the saved/backed up directory?"
Like backup ~/junk but rename the backup directory to oldjunk.
