How to mirorring

Hi,

I'm newbie here.
I have a RedHat Linux 6.2's server installed with Apache-1.3.12, 
MySql-3.22, PHP-3.0.15, Perl-5.00503.
How to create another mirror of that server and duplicate all the web and 
database content?
