[rsyslog] file permissions

I've got file permissions working but was wondering if it is possible to log a 
separate set of files with different permissions to those set with the global 
options for $DirGroup and $FileGroup. Using setgid on the directory does not 
appear to work as the files still get created with the global $DirGroup and 
$FileGroup.
