Something I've been wondering for a while and haven't been able to find
an answer for in any of the docs -- is there a way to manually flush
spoolfiles? After we have a spooling event, sometimes we'll have a bunch
of spoolfiles sitting in the spool directory, and they never seem to get
sent or cleaned up by rsyslog. Is there a way we can force rsyslog to
parse and flush these files?
