SELinux not enabled at all

Found.. I think....

Rsyslog open connection before forking. This is a very bad idea as said in
Postgresql libpq doc:

http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/libpq-connect.html

After the fork, all those threads have lost the handler to the connection
database.
