Nathan,

would you mind if we put it as a tool into liblogging-stdlog? With the
recent developments, it would IMHO more useful here, as it then would be
the first logger utility that can utilize stdlog's log driver layer. If
stdlog get's more widespread use, this helps admins to use a single logger
tool for all their logging needs (configurable via stdlog).
