Using rsyslog 5.8.10 that comes with RedHat el6. I have impstats modules enabled as instructed at http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/impstats.html.
It seems like the only stats being collected are from imuxsock and main Q: 2014-04-25T19:22:02.737025-04:00 logndbpoc3 rsyslogd-pstats: imuxsock: submitted=3 ratelimit.discarded=0 ratelimit.numratelimiters=2 2014-04-25T19:22:02.737035-04:00 logndbpoc3 rsyslogd-pstats: main Q: size=1 enqueued=77523 full=0 maxqsize=2796 This page (http://www.rsyslog.com/rsyslog-statistic-counter/) seems to indicate it's possible to get data for imudp and imtcp. Am I missing something in my config? Or, what version of rsyslog should I be running to collect better stats?
