I am not sure that the setting of watermark/discardseverity will cause msg
lost.

My discardseverity value is set to be '8'. So no msg should be discarded
with this setting.

The queue mode is disk assisted in memory queue. So if number of msgs reach
high water mark, the msgs should be written to the disk.

Anything else that could be wrong?
