I think the "1.1.4" tarball was "released" when we tried to find and fix the packaging issues... And then forgotten to be removed. Remember that we were really desperate at that time.
If folks prefer, I can officially release 1.1.4 as is. We don't support v1 in any case as v2 is now out, so I don't think it hurts if we release another dead version. Just let me know.
