I noticed I can read SLM-Root.pem fine with openssl. But
SLM-Prod-Intermediary.pem fails.

# openssl x509 -in SLM-Prod-Intermediary.pem -text
unable to load certificate
139866841159328:error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start
line:pem_lib.c:703:Expecting: TRUSTED CERTIFICATE

That is possibly why TLS syslog is failing?
