I have literally just done this from 3.2.1 to 3.4.5+AT. I have a detailed migration plan that I wrote for it and I would be happy to send it to you. It's not a big deal to do. I even upgraded the Perl and mysql from version 4 to 5 plus moved from apache/mod_perl 1.x to versions 2/2. There are only a couple of little permissions things you have to be aware of - nothing major.
