Hi Nick, We've accomplished these without even writing any code. Create new global scrips:
For queue change: Condition: On Queue Change Action: Notify AdminCcs (or whatever is appropriate for your organization) Template: Global template: Transaction Stage: TransactionCreate For owner change: Condition: On Owner Change Action: Notify Owner (this is the new owner... again, change as necessary) Template: Global template: Transaction Stage: TransactionCreate Since the Actions and Conditions you're looking for are predefined in RT, you should be able to do anything similar to this without writing any Scrip code.
