Hello all. I'm building a couple of applications around Request Tracker and in 
both it would be very useful to have custom field values synced to the user 
database such that I could select an RT user from a particular group of users 
and store that user association with the ticket. Has anybody done this or can 
anyone think of a nice way of doing this?
