Looks like the combination of both your
suggestions corrected the problem.
In moving to another issue, is there a
good in depth guide you know about for a full interface to RT via email? The
scenario we are looking for right now is to create tickets via email (via a separate
email alias, like [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
How is this accomplished?
I have the RT Essentials book and have
checked out the WIKI, and information on this seems sparse at best, with some
answers just being “go write a script.”
Do I have to create a new alias with a new
“incoming” queue? How is the email body formatted and parsed? What
is the –extension=queue | action | ticket option supported by mailgate
and how is it used?
