Hello.

I have same problem with 3.6.1 on Debian Sarge (installed from sources). I can upload attachment with ticket creation (via web) but i see only filename, not content or download link.

Also i can't find content in Attachment mysql table. Config is ok (default settings) and mysql too.

Any tips?
