We have one particular ticket at the moment which has about 175 transactions in it - lots of replies/comments etc. No binary stuff, no attachments, just text and not that much text per transaction. But it takes nearly two minutes to load up. After loading, something is cached, either query and/or MASON stuff and it takes about 15 seconds to load until it gets cleared out of the cache.
