Johann; I 'll be (very x high number) surprised if the code in that link actually work ..??? and I would like to be corrected if I am wrong but as I understand scrips they work in the back end, do not influence the browser in any form or shape .. To redirect your browser on Resolve you need to change code in Ticket/Display.html
