Maybe someone can tell me if there is a way that I can creat a link (text only) that will create a new ticket for the user that depends on the current ticket? I have been looking around but am not really finding what I am looking for :/
The reasoning here is that we have some old equipment in the field that needs replacing and when I know that the equipment is at a customers place I would like to click on a link and have the ticket created for my customer service team to deal with Greg Evans Hood Canal Communications (360) 898-2481 ext.212
