It is setup the same as our live server, as far as I can tell. However, when browsing to the URL or IP of the server, The RT login page does not come up. A "Cacti" user login page does instead. It looks like Cacti is a package that comes with Fedora. I can't figure out why this is coming up instead of RT. Any suggestions?
