Any suggestions as to reasons why Dashboards would not appear under the Preferences menu in 3.8.1?
This is a brand new installation build from src on CentOS 5.2, mySQL 5.0.45, Apache 2.2.9, Perl 5.10.0 and mod_perl 2.0.4.
