Not to hijack the thread (its related :) I wanted to be able to autocreate users in RT if they are already in LDAP. So if a new hire sends a ticket in, the ticket will get created without me having to create the user in RT manually. I used to use the ADimport script (ran nightly for updates), but I was hoping I could do away with that. Will this setting allow me to do that?
