I am using version 3.6.5 I have tickets that have CC;s listed on them.
I have the scripts enabled for NotifyOtherRecipients and NotifyOtherRecipientsAsComment But when I hit reply they email address is not listed below as available... I have a script for notify owner on correspond and that email is listed but not the CC's is there a permission issue I need to have in order for it to work...
