Has anyone ever come across the following error? It seemed to have happened randomly, I had to shutdown apache since it was stuck in this state for sending mails. I'm using apache2 and fastcgi, I'm guessing something broke once and due to the constant running it affected everything else. I doubt there's anything that can be done just curious if others have seen.
