Hi Jerrad, We are using 3.8.7, and the following query runs on the dashboard of every service desk tech:
Owner = 'Nobody' AND ( Status = 'new' OR Status = 'open') Works as expected. (Note we have not made any changes to this since 3.8.2). Thanks, Bill
