For some reasons, I need to give a direct (read) access to the tickets attachments.
Browsing the email archive, I found some discussions about storing the attachments 'onDisk'. This was in August 2007. Are there more thoughts on that topic since? Alternatively, before I reinvent the wheel, has someone written some code to list all the attachments (on a web page for example)?
