Hi all,

I am not sure if this is a feature of 3.8.7 or something that I've done! It seems when one replies to a ticket using the RT's web interface previous correspondence or the original message is not inline and is not displayed over or bellow the reply. I used to see previous messages when replying to tickets before the upgrade.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?
