Since I am using RT for just internal and I have lazy staff who thinks using password for everything is not a good idea, how do I set RT so there is no login for general staff to create tickets and search tickets for solutions to repeated issue? I also want a special login for just Admin so they can keep track of the tickets coming in? An example will be the normal url taking the staff directly to ticket creation and normal url slash admin takes RT admin to a login page to manage tickets. http://helpdesk.rt.com and http://helpdesk.rt.com/admin Thanks
