I am trying to find out if it is currently possible without rewriting the backend to change the from address to something else. IE: automated emails would be from autoreply and standard emails would be from rt.
I tried adding the following to the template: From: rt-autore...@nextjump.com Reply-to: rt-autore...@nextjump.com But neither option worked
