Ok I am a bit new to RT so forgive me
I am running 4.0 Requests should be due in 0 days.. Is there anyway to change this to hours? I see how I can automate priority change using rt-crontool then use scrips within the queues to email the right people when it changes priority.. I just need to know if I can make requests be due in hours instead of days Kyle
