To list, This may seem like a dumb question (and probably is) but I'm wondering just how the link works. When we click it on *any* ticket, we get this error message:
*"Can't locate object method "mime_name" via package "encode::utf8" at /opt/rt3/share/html/Ticket/Attachment/dhandler line 78, line 772".** * I'm wondering if it has to do with my RT Configuration settings? I have displays set as follows: *Set($ShowTransactionImages, 0); * *Set($PlainTextPre, 1);* *Set($PlainTextMono, 1);* Anyone? Thanks. Kenn LBNL* *
