Difficult to say. We run RT 4.0.2 on a Debian 6 environment as well (manual installation, manual perl dependency installation via cpan, etc.)
The only thing I see in your posted config is an error in the way your plugins are included: Set( @Plugins, qw(RT::Extension::JSGantt RTx::Calendar) ); Set( @Plugins, qw(RT::Authen::ExternalAuth) ); Should become: Set(@Plugins, (qw(RT::Extension::JSGantt RTx::Calendar RT::Authen::ExternalAuth))); As example, this is how our plugin line is displayed: Set(@Plugins, (qw(RT::Extension::SLA RT::Extension::HistoryFilter RT::Extension::ResetPassword RT::Extension::MergeUsers))); I have no clue if this is the error but the way I see it you should edit it to match the syntax (as displayed in the comments inside the RT_SiteConfig.pm). Did you experience the same issues during testing? -- Bart 2011/10/11 Michele Pinassi <michele.pina...@unisi.it> > Hi all, > > i've installed RT 4.0.2 in my office over a Debian.
