Is it possible to create a ticket through REST with a user which has no e-mail
address ?
This doesn't work :

);$rt->login(username => 'user', password => 'password' );
$rt->create( type => 'ticket', set => { requestor => 'rt_user', # user
with no e-mail address queue => 'test', subject => 'test' }, text => '1
2 1 2 this is a test');
# the ticket is created without any requestor...
