Hi All - Looking at the new permissions (rights) screen in 4.0.6 and it looks really good! Although it has me a little confused. It looks like on any rights page i see "General Rights", "Rights for Staff", and "Rights for Administrators". What deems someone "staff" and/or "administrators" and who does "General rights" get applies to?
