I upgraded my RT 4.0.4 install to 4.0.10 last night. I just wanted to give a tip of the hat to best-practical team for making that a very smooth process. 3.8.x to 4.0 was necessarily a bit of a bear - and even that was pretty darned smooth. But the dot-release upgrade was cake.
