Hi all I am kind of new to RT can you please suggest.
I am trying to develop a proof of concept to my company. I have successfully installed RT with inbound and outbound email facility. I am trying to explore the plugin CHILD/PARTEN-DEPENDS relationships. i have installed the plugin. but when ever a child/depneded tickets is commented, I cannot see the comments copied back to the parent ticket. can you please suggest Regards NARESH
