That the issue I have some ideas like routing tickets based on text. But looking at what other people have done gives me ideas on how to extend the capabilities of RT.
I did look at this link http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/Contributions which gave good information about how the scrips work but it would be nice if there was a place people could put their scrips.
